Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchange or Credit

Koya Design will accept merchandise for exchange or credit only. This credit will be valid
for one year. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original, unused condition within
30 days of receipt.

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction. Our apologies, we cannot accept returns COD.
Please understand that we cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back
to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition.

Sizing

The harness-leash combination is adjustable and sized for dogs from 4 to 12 pounds.
Please let us know if your dog is less than 4 pounds and we'll reduce it accordingly. The
pet apparel comes in sizes 8, 10 and 12 (commonly the number of inches from the base of
your dog's neck to the tail).
