Delivery time
All items are custom created at present and therefore will ship within two to four weeks of
order.

What is your standard method of shipping?
We usually ship orders via Federal Express. We ask that our customers please provide shipping
addresses that can accept Fed Ex shipments.

Do you ship to another country or overseas?
We will happily deliver to any international destinations. If any international shipping charges
need to be added, we will contact you after your order is placed. This will depend on the
merchandise ordered.

We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are
shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
When ordering from outside of the USA, please be sure all address information on your order is
complete & correct.

Shipping charges:
For orders up to $80, shipping is $12.
For orders from $81 to $150, shipping is $16.
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $21.
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $25.
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $35.
For orders over $800, shipping within the USA is complimentary.

Which credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept payments on our website using the safe and secure PayPal system. As a result, we
accept all cards that are accepted by PayPal.

Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a personal check or money order?
We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order. When sending us your order,
please be sure to include all product information (name of product, size, color/style) and
shipping information (name, address, phone number and email address). Also be sure to add the
necessary shipping charges to your total purchase. For NY State residents, sales tax of 8.625%
must also be added. Please understand that orders paid for with a check will take additional
time, as these orders are not be shipped until your check has cleared.
